The Master graduated in PPGFT must present a set of skills and abilities that contemplate the objectives and the curriculum proposal of the Program. Thus, the graduates of this course should be able to reflect ethical and critically the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge, with a wide domain in the area of knowledge of the processes of assessment and intervention in Physiotherapy.
The skills profile includes the ability to write scientific projects and articles, mastery of the technical language of the area, as well as reading in English, in addition to knowledge of methods and techniques of assessment and intervention in Physiotherapy. In terms of competences, graduates should be able to construct intellectual and scientific questions, as well as rationalize about them and communicate their results to the scientific community. In addition, this professional will be able to act as a professor and researcher in the field of Physiotherapy with a critical and renewed performance, capable of contributing to the development of teaching and research as well as proactively interfering in institutional health and research policies.
