Doctorate Program

The Administration Graduate Program of the Administrative and Socioeconomic Sciences College – ESAG has the primary objective of developing and disseminating scientific and technological knowledge, and prepare professionals and researchers at the Master’s and Doctorate levels in the field of Administration.

The objectives of the Doctorate Program in Administration are:

• To form professionals at the level of excellence for performance in education and research in private and governmental organizations and institutions performing in the public sphere, in their respective regions;
• To form researchers capable of understanding the role of the many collective and institutional subjects in the construction of public good;
• To form researchers qualified to expand and develop new knowledge in the field of Administration with practical reach into the organizations in the regional contexts in which they perform;
• Meet the regional and national demands for the formation of professors and researchers in the research lines of the program;
• To promote the knowledge of all types of organizations through the development of scientific researches guided by various epistemologicalmethodological approaches based on innovative theoretical perspectives, with repercussions in economic, political, and social development, in the regional, national, and international spheres.
