In view of the current world situation resulting from the pandemic due to the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), social distancing requires an understanding that in-person participation in scientific events is not feasible at this time.

Thus, the Professional Master's Degree in Nursing in Primary Health Care at the State University of Santa Catarina (Mestrado Profissional em Enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, MPEAPS/UDESC) assumes the social commitment to develop this event in a completely online format. Nursing, as well as other health professions, has been resilient, a necessary attribute in all its dimensions, especially with regard to work management and permanent education movements that permeate daily work, especially in Primary Care and in this incomparable moment of crisis in public health. This event is characterized as a strategy for scientific diffusion, in the national and international scenario, in the perspective of improving the research practice, training and work in health and nursing.

The Forum will be held with a compatible technological resource for organizing activities in simultaneous virtual rooms.

We invite the academic community and the general public to actively participate in this event, with registration and presentation of scientific papers.

We reinforced some advantages of participating in this event virtually, such as: there is no need to travel, allowing for more security, economic and environmental benefits; there will be certification corresponding to your participation; interaction with colleagues from different geographical locations and professional realities will be possible; the abstract of your work will be published in the proceedings of the event (if approved) and, if the work is selected, the author will be invited to write a chapter for the book - I Forum of Work Management and Permanent Education in Health and Nursing, by UDESC publisher.

This event aims to share national and international successful experiences, aligned with the development of work management and permanent education in health, which foster health-promoting scenarios in different work spaces.
